Booking
How do I book?
All appointments can be booked directly through my online booking site. Simply select your desired service, choose a date and time that works for you, and you’re all set! If you’re unsure which service to choose, feel free to reach out before booking.
Are you accepting new clients?
Absolutely! I’m always welcoming new clients into the Bri Luxury experience. Whether you’re looking for a fresh new look, a blonde transformation, extensions, or simply some Hairapy, I’d love to have you in my chair.
What if I don't know what service to book?
No worries! I know the service menu can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re not sure what your hair needs. You can reach out through my inquiry form or book a consultation, and we’ll determine the best service for your hair goals together.
Do I need a consultation?
Consultations are recommended for new extension clients, major color transformations, and anyone who is unsure what service is best for them. A consultation allows us to discuss your hair goals, maintenance, investment, and create a personalized plan.
APPOINTMENT
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Come with clean, dry hair unless your service instructions say otherwise. Avoid heavy oils, dry shampoo, or excessive product buildup before your appointment. For color and extension services, I’ll provide any specific preparation instructions you need when booking.
How long will my appointment take?
Appointment times vary depending on your service, hair length, density, and desired result. Your estimated appointment time will be listed when you book. If you’re booking a larger transformation or extension service, please allow extra time so we can give your hair the attention it deserves.
Can I bring someone with me?
To keep the salon experience relaxing, personalized, and comfortable for everyone, I kindly ask that guests do not accompany you to your appointment unless they are also receiving a service. Thank you for helping me maintain the Bri Luxury experience.
EXTENSIONS
How often do extensions need maintenance?
Maintenance depends on your extension method and natural hair growth. Most extension clients should expect maintenance appointments approximately every 6–8 weeks. I’ll recommend the ideal maintenance schedule based on your hair and extension method.
Which method is right for me?
There isn’t a one-size-fits-all extension method! Your ideal method depends on your natural hair, density, lifestyle, desired look, and maintenance preferences. During your consultation, we’ll determine which method will give you the most beautiful and healthy result.
Do offer extension consultations?
Yes! Extension consultations are available and are recommended before booking your first extension appointment. We’ll discuss your goals, desired length and fullness, method options, maintenance, investment, and create a customized extension plan for you.
Policies
What is your Cancellation Policy?
I completely understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Cancellations and changes made within the designated cancellation window may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please review my full salon policies when booking.
What happens if I'm late?
Please let me know as soon as possible if you’re running late. Arriving late may shorten your appointment time or require your service to be modified or rescheduled so I can stay on schedule for my other clients. I always want to make sure you receive the full Bri Luxury experience!
Do you require a deposit?
A deposit or card-on-file may be required when booking certain services. Any required payment will be clearly communicated during the booking process. Please note that deposits are subject to my salon cancellation and rescheduling policies.
Bridal
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes! Bridal hair and makeup travel services are available for weddings and special events. Travel fees may apply depending on the location. For larger bridal parties, I can also coordinate with additional beauty professionals to help create a seamless glam experience.
Do you offer bridal previews?
Absolutely! Bridal previews are available and highly recommended. This is our opportunity to perfect your hair and/or makeup look before your wedding day so you can feel confident knowing exactly how you’ll look and feel when you walk down the aisle.
How many people can you accommodate?
I can accommodate bridal parties of various sizes. For larger groups, I work with a trusted beauty team to ensure everyone is ready on time without sacrificing the quality of your glam. During your inquiry, we’ll discuss your party size, services, location, and timeline to create the perfect plan.
